α-氨基硅烷催化脱酮肟型RTV硅橡胶的力学与粘接性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以α,ω-聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶、甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷和纳米碳酸钙构成单组分脱酮肟型室温固化硅橡胶中,分别加入二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷(ND22)、苯胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷(ND42)催化,研究密封胶的表干时间、力学性能和粘接性,并与有机锡(DBTDL)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTS)体系进行对比。结果表明:适当增大α-氨基硅烷的用量,密封胶的表干时间、粘接性与有机锡催化效果相近,同时其力学性能相应提升。 Two kinds ofα-aminosilanes catalysts,aminomethyl triethoxysilane(ND22),and anilinomethyl triethoxysilane(ND42)were added to a one-component ketone-oxime room temperature vulcanization silicone rub⁃ber respectively,which consists ofα,ω-dihydroxy poly(dimethylsiloxane),methyltris-methylethylketoximosilane and nano calcium carbonate.The performance of the sealant was studied by the tack free time,mechanical proper⁃ties and adhesion.A comparison was performed with Organotin(DBTDL)andγ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(APTS).The results show that by appropriately increasing the amount ofα-aminosilane,the tack free time and ad⁃hesion of the sealant can be equivalent to organotin catalysis,and its mechanical properties are correspondingly im⁃proved.
