摘要
鉴于目前的供应链管理课程体系是基于传统商业逻辑制订的,缺乏对数字化转型所需的知识和技能的传授,不能满足数字经济发展对供应链管理人才的要求,首先分析数字经济背景下供应链数字化管理的新需求,基于目标导向原则建立了满足数字经济发展需要的供应链数字化管理人才的能力结构,最后探讨了供应链数字化管理的理论课程体系和实践教学内容。
In this paper,in view of the fact that the current supply chain management curricular system is based on traditional business logic and lacks in the teaching of the knowledge and skills required for the digital transformation of the supply chain,thus unable to meet the requirements on the supply chain management talents for the development of digital economy,we first analyzed the new demands for supply chain digital management in context of digital economy,established the competence structure of the supply chain digital management talent that meets the needs of digital economy development based on the goal-oriented principle,and finally,discussed the theoretical course system and practical teaching content concerning supply chain digital management.
