摘要
目的 探讨战备能力提升方案在卫生士官培训中的应用及效果。方法 选取2021年、2022年两期参与岗前任职培训的定向培养卫生士官学员为研究对象。对照组接受常规岗前培训,干预组进行为期2个月的战备能力提升训练。培训结束后,采用战备评估与部署能力指数(readiness estimate and deploy ability index, READI)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale, GSES)评价两组学员的战备能力及自我效能感,并采用课程满意度调查表对培训方法及效果进行评价。结果 干预组READI总评分优于对照组,战备能力、临床护理能力、军事行动护理能力、战时生存/适应能力维度评分均优于对照组(P均<0.01)。两组GSES评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组课程满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 战备能力提升方案在卫生士官培训中应用效果良好,学员满意度高,值得在教学训练中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application and effects of combat readiness enhancement program in medical sergeant training.Methods The health sergeant trainees who participated in pre-job occupational training in 2021 and 2022 were selected as the research objects. The routine pre-job training was conducted in control group, and a two-month training was conducted in the intervention group to improve the combat readiness. After the training, the readiness and self-efficacy of two groups of trainees were evaluated by the readiness estimate and deploy ability index(READI) and the general self-efficacy scale(GSES), and the training methods and effects were evaluated by the course satisfaction questionnaire.Results The total score of READI in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, and the scores of combat readiness, clinical nursing ability, military action nursing ability and wartime survival/adaptation ability were better than those in the control group(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in GSES score between the two groups(P>0.05). The course satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combat readiness enhancement program has good application effects in the training of health non-commissioned officer, and the satisfaction of the trainees is high, which is worthy of further promotion and application in the teaching and training.
