摘要
在超大型电机控制系统中,其数字控制系统存在计算时延、采样时延、脉冲宽度调制输出时延、系统死区、滤波时延以及网络传输时延等非理想因素,严重影响了控制系统的动静态性能,甚至可能会导致系统震荡或发散。为此,针对时延的类型、大小及其在控制系统中的定位区别,分析了固定时延和随机时延对控制的影响,总结了目前已有的补偿方法,并对实际工程中的电机控制时延问题研究进行了展望,为后续时延补偿控制的深入研究提供参考。
In large motor control system,problems such as calculation delay,sampling delay,output delay of pulse width modulation,dead zone of the system,filtering delay and network transmission delay may occur in the digital control system which affect the dynamic and static performance of the system or may even lead to system oscillation or divergence.Therefore,the fixed time delay and random time delay that affect the performance of the system were sorted out and the size and range of different time delays were analyzed.According to different time delays,the existing compensation methods were summarized.In conclusion,the analysis of the time delay of motor control in practical engineering was prospected,which could serve as a reference for the further research of time delay compensation control.
