摘要
目的探讨移动健康增强心脏康复(CR)对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后健康相关生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年6月在开化县人民医院接受PCI治疗的106例STEMI患者作为观察对象,将患者分为常规组和移动健康组,每组各53例。常规组采用常规CR干预,移动健康组采用移动健康增强CR干预,观察两组患者简式量表12(SF-12)、Mac-New生活质量量表和CR依从率。结果干预后两组患者SF-12生理健康因子(PCS)和心理健康因子(MCS)、Mac-New生活质量量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.05),且移动健康组患者评分高于同期常规组(P<0.05)。移动健康组干预期间CR康复依从率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动健康增强CR可增加STEMI患者PCI术后CR的依从性,提高患者的健康相关生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of mobile health enhancement cardiac rehabilitation(CR)on the health-related quality of life in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 106 patients with STEMI who received PCI treatment in Kaihua County People's hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into the conventional group and the mobile health group with 53 patients in each group.The routine CR intervention was used in the routine group,and the mobile health enhanced CR intervention was used in the mobile health group.The patients in the two groups were observed with SF-12,Mac-New Quality of Life Scale and CR compliance rate.Results After the intervention,the scores of SF-12 PCS and MCS,Mac-New quality of life scale in both groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),the mobile health group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of CR rehabilitation in the mobile health group was higher than that in the conventional group during the intervention period(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile health enhancement CR can increase the compliance of CR in STEMI patients after PCI and improve the health-related quality of life.
