摘要
介绍了有机膦酸类、聚羧酸类和多元共聚物类水处理分散剂研究现状和发展趋势。以某公司干粉煤气化装置为例,测试对比了常用分散剂在常温和高温下的阻垢率;以G3#、G4#气化炉作为试验区,对新开发的分散剂进行了工业试用,并与G1#、G2#气化炉对比;在试验区和对比区不同水样位置进行挂片试验,通过腐蚀速率分析、垢样XRF分析、XRD分析,初步判断新型分散剂基本满足工业运行需求;通过系统水质对比,试验区结垢风险略低于对比区,新型分散剂性能可靠。
The research status and development trend of organic phosphonic acid,polycarboxylic acid and copolymer dispersants for water treatment were introduced.Taking a dry pulverized coal gasification unit of a company as an example,the scale inhibition rates of common dispersants at normal and high temperature were tested and compared,and the newly developed dispersants were used in industrial trial with G3#and G4#gasifiers as test areas,the results were compared with those of G1#and G2#gasifiers,and the coupon tests were carried out at different locations of water samples in the test and control areas.Through the corrosion rate analysis,scaling sample XRF analysis and XRD analysis,the preliminary results showed that the new dispersant could basically meet the needs of industrial operation.Through the comparison of system water quality,the scaling risk in the test area was slightly lower than that in the control area,and the performance of the new dispersant was reliable.
