摘要
探讨研究叙事医学在骨科临床实习生实践教学中的应用价值。随机选取在云南省滇南中心医院骨科实习的30名临床医学生进行叙事医学教学和实践训练、撰写平行病历并观察教学效果。叙事医学教学实践活动不仅有助于提升实习医生的沟通能力、人文素养和职业道德水准,而且可以增强实习效果,推进教学改革发展,值得进一步推广。
In order to explore the application value of narrative medicine in the practical teaching of orthopedic clinical interns,30 orthopedic interns in hospital were randomly selected for narrative medicine teaching and practical training,writing parallel charts,and observing the teaching effect.Narrative medicine teaching practice was helpful to improve interns’communication ability,humanistic quality and professional ethics.Narrative medicine teaching practice can improve the practice effect and humanistic cultivation of interns,promote the development and reform of teaching,and it is worthy of further promotion.
