摘要
为了制备优质的钽阳极块,以钠还原法生产的电容器级超高比容金属钽粉(FTW200K)为主要原材料,并添加化学粘结剂为辅助原材料制备钽阳极块。利用扫描电镜、粒度分析仪对不同粘结剂、不同脱蜡工艺参数条件下制备的阳极块进行内部钽粉颗粒存在的物理形态及结合方式、压制成型和脱蜡后钽阳极块内部的钽粉颗粒度和孔隙度进行观察和分析。结果显示:化学粘结剂的加入有助于超细金属钽粉颗粒间的粘结,实现金属钽粉压成胚块,但也是形成钽阳极芯子毛胚块外部和内部质量缺陷的主要原因之一。通过现场对比试验,最后通过对真空脱蜡等工艺参数的计算设计和有效控制,完全能够制备出钽粉颗粒分布均匀,孔隙度良好的钽阳极块。
In order to produce high quality tantalum anode blocks,the capacitor grade tantalum powder(FTW200K)produced by sodium reduction method was used as the main raw material to prepare tantalum anode blocks by adding chemical binder as auxiliary raw material in the research.After the observation and analysis on the research results,the conclusion was gained that it is completely capable to produce the tantalum anode block with tantalum powders of uniform particle distribution and good porosity.
