摘要
目的评价上下交泰针刺治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。方法便利选取2021年1月—2022年6月南充市中医医院针灸科收治的心肾不交型失眠患者102例,采用随机化入组方式分为治疗组和对照组,各51例,对照组采用针刺常规穴位进行治疗,治疗组采用上下交泰针刺治疗,统计分析两组睡眠质量、相关症状评分、临床疗效、相关指标、生活质量。结果治疗组患者的PSQI评分、症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的总有效率为86.27%(44/51),高于对照组的68.63%(35/51),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05)。治疗组患者血清IL-1β、血清IL-6、血清TNF-α水平低于对照组,脑5-HT、GABA水平、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上下交泰针刺治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效较常规针刺治疗显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of upper and lower Jiaotai acupuncture in treating insomnia of the heart-kidney disjunction type.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,102 patients with insomnia of the heart-kidney disjunction type admitted to the acupuncture department of Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 51 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture points,while the treatment group was treated with upper and lower Jiaotai acupuncture.Statistical analysis of sleep quality,related symptom scores,clinical efficacy,related indicators,and quality of life in two groups.Results The PSQI score and symptom score of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 86.27%(44/51),higher than that of the control group 68.63%(35/51),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05).The patients of treatment group of serum IL-1β level,serum IL-6 level,serum TNF-α level were lower than those of the control group,brain 5-HT,GABA levels,and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of upper and lower Jiaotai acupuncture in treating insomnia of the heart-kidney disjunction type was significant compared with conventional acupuncture treatment.
