摘要
针对现有燃煤热风炉燃烧不充分、燃烧效率低、尾部烟气NOx浓度高、烟尘堵塞换热器等问题,对生物质热风炉进行热风炉改造,安装凝渣换热系统、余热回收系统、环保除尘系统、自动上料系统改造,便热风炉在运行过程中不仅具有高效、低氮燃烧以及解决结焦挂壁等优势,还具有良好的经济指标与环境指标。同时对存在的问题进行了积极的分析。
The existing biomass hot blast furnaces are based on the traditional coal-fired hot blast furnace for simple transformation,which leads to solve problems such as inadequate combustion,low combustion efficiency,high tail flue gas NOx concentration,and soot blocking the heat exchanger because of following the traditional adiabatic combustion method of coal.The biomass hot blast stove was modified by hot blast stove transformation,installation of condensate heat exchange system,installation of waste heat recovery system,installation of environmental protection dust removal system,and installation of automatic charging system transformation.Through the above transformation,the hot blast furnace not only achieved high efficiency,low nitrogen combustion and solved coking and wall hanging in the operation process,it also had good economic and environmental indicators.At the same time,the existing problems were positively analyzed.
