摘要
目的探究在对脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者进行治疗的过程中按照醒脑开窍针联合化瘀通脉汤共同进行治疗的效果。方法按照对比治疗观察的方式开展探究,共计纳入患者110例,研究时间为2020年2月至2022年4月,按照双盲法均分为对照组(55例,常规治疗+醒脑开窍针治疗)和观察组(55例,常规治疗+醒脑开窍针治疗+化瘀通脉汤治疗)。分析两组患者神经功能、生活能力、肢体功能、血液流变学、炎性因子、生活质量评分的改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组日常生活能力评分、神经功能方面评分、上肢肌力评分、下肢肌力评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数改善情况、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、白细胞介素-6水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平、白细胞介素-10、生活质量评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在对脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者进行治疗中应用醒脑开窍针联合化瘀通脉汤共同进行治疗,可以促使患者受损功能得到有效恢复,并对患者四肢功能进行改善,缓解患者体内炎性反应,同时有效改善血液流变学指标。
Objective To explore the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao needle combined with Huayu Tongmai decoction in the treatment of spastic paralysis patients after stroke.Methods A total of 110 patients were enrolled in the study from February 2020 to April 2022.According to the double-blind method,they were divided into the control group(55 cases,conventional treatment+xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture treatment)and the observation group(55 cases,conventional treatment+xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture treatment+Huayu Tongmai decoction treatment).The improvement of neurological function,living ability,limb function,hemorheology,inflammatory factors,quality of life score of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the observation group had better daily living ability score,neurological function score,upper limb muscle strength score,lower limb muscle strength score,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index improvement,plasma viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood high cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,interleukin-6 level,tumor necrosis factor-α level,interleukin-10,and quality of life score than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke patients in accordance with the waking brain begin to understand the needle in joint blood vein soup treatment together,can make patients with impaired function effectively,and to improve function of limbs of patients with inflammatory reaction in the body,relieve patients can achieve the purpose of to improve the blood rheology indexes.
