摘要
目的分析一线护士人文关怀的水平,分析现状和影响因素,而后对护士进行相关培养。方法2022年4月21~25日,采取便利抽样方法,对山东省某三级甲等医院605名临床一线护士人文关怀能力水平进行线上问卷调查,对不同特征护士人文关怀能力进行比较和相关因素分析。结果护士人文关怀能力总分(194.92±25.59)分(95%CI 192.87~196.97),各维度得分分别为认知维度(79.22±11.40)分(95%CI 78.31~80.14),勇气维度(56.34±15.64)分(95%CI 55.08-57.59),耐心维度(59.36±7.79)分(95%CI 58.74~59.88)。单因素分析结果显示,工作年限、所在科室以及是否接受过培训是护士人文关怀能力的影响因素。多元线性回归结果显示,是否接受过培训是护士人文关怀能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床一线护士人文关怀能力有待提高,其中耐心和勇气尤其需加强。护理管理者应开展人文相关培训,提高临床一线护士人文关怀能力。
Objective Analyze the level of humanistic care among frontline nurses,analyze the current situation and influencing factors,and then provide relevant training for nurses.Methods From April 21 to April 25,2022,a convenient sampling method was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey on the humanistic care ability of 605 clinical front-line nurses in a class grade A hospital in Shandong Province.The humanistic care ability of nurses with different characteristics was compared and the related factors were analyzed.Results The total score of humanistic care ability of nurses was(194.92±25.59)scores(95%CI 192.87-196.97),and the scores of each dimension were(79.22±11.40)scores(95%CI 78.31-80.14)in cognitive dimension,respectively.The score of courage was(56.34±15.64)scores(95%CI 55.08-57.59),and the score of patience was(59.36±7.79)scores(95%CI 58.74-59.88).Univariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of nurses'humanistic care ability were working years,working departments and whether they had received humanistic care training.The results of multiple linear regression showed that whether nurses had received humanistic care training was the main influencing factor of humanistic care ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of clinical front-line nurses needs to be improved,especially patience and courage.Nursing managers should carry out humanistic training to improve the humanistic care ability of clinical front-line nurses.
