摘要
目的通过综合手术组参加岛上进攻作战救护行动演练,梳理运用特点与存在的不足,探讨提升军种战役机动卫勤力量战术使用效益的主要做法。方法演训实践、文献查阅与座谈交流,分析当前综合手术组在人员编制、器材编配、能力清单中存在的问题,提出解决方案。结果当前综合手术组参加岛上进攻作战救护行动演练,演习战勤比较低、救治协同需加强、指挥关系需明晰、通联手段待提高,需进一步优化完善。结论综合手术组配属旅级救治机构参加岛上作战救护行动,通过基于体系调整队伍结构、研发渡海登岛作战模块卫生器材、基于作战样式优化救治技术清单、基于现有能力补充信息通信手段等举措,可以增强战术区域整体救治能力。
Objective To explore the main measures to improve the tactical efficiency of mobile medical support by analyzing the characteristics and disadvantage of the operation of the island offensive medical rescue operation by combined surgery group.Methods Through the practice of training,literature review and symposium,the problems existing in the staffing,equipment allocation and ability list of the comprehensive surgical team were analyzed,and the solutions were proposed.Results At present,the combined surgery group participated in the island offensive medical rescue operation,but the ratio of battlefield medical resource allocation was inferior,the coordination of rescue needed to be strengthened,the command relationship needed to be clarified and the communication needed to be improved.Conclusion The combined surgery group was affiliated with brigade level treatment institutions to participate in the island offensive medical rescue operation.The purpose of enhancing the overall treatment capacity of the tactical area can be realized by adjusting the team structure based on the system,developing the health equipment of the battle module for crossing the sea and landing on the island,optimizing the list of treatment technologies based on the combat style and supplementing the information and communication means based on the existing capabilities.
