摘要
目的研制一种适用于战伤自救互救的模拟训练装置,以解决战场自救互救操作缺乏真实感体验的问题。方法战伤自救互救模拟训练装置主要由训练台、操控结构、人体仿真结构、防护架、外放屏、扩音器、控制器、旋转平台以及梯台等组成,操控结构和人体仿真结构固定于训练台上。结果佩戴该操控结构中的感应手套和虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)眼镜后,可以借助控制器进行场景、声音以及各种伤情模拟;操作人员实施各种创伤急救训练时,通过感应手套以及VR眼镜,与模拟场景进行连带操作,且操作人员VR眼镜中所观察的视角可投放于外放屏中供外部人员观看。结论该装置借助人体仿真结构和虚拟场景模拟可增强训练操作人员的体验感和沉浸感,增强救治训练效果。
Objective To develop a simulation training device applicable to self-aid and buddy-aid of combat injuries,and to address the problem of lack of realistic experience of self-aid and buddy-aid operation on the battlefield.Methods The simulation training device for self-aid and buddy-aid of combat injuries was mainly composed of training platform,control structure,human simulation structure,protection frame,external screen,loudspeaker,controller,rotating platform and ladder platform.The control structure and human simulation structure were fixed on the training platform.Results It was available to simulate scenes,sounds and various injuries via the controller after wearing the sensor gloves and virtual reality(VR)glasses in this control structure.When implementing a variety of trauma first aid training,the operator could operate in conjunction with the simulated scenes through the sensor gloves and VR glasses.In addition,the viewing angle observed by the operator in the VR glasses could be displayed on the external screen for the outside viewer.Conclusion The device can enhance the experience and immersion feeling of the training operator by the human simulation structure and virtual scene simulation and improve the effects of rescue training.
