摘要
布谷孜河流域水资源开发利用程度高,阿湖水库以下河段断流时间较长,河流生态环境日趋恶化,本次以布谷孜河流域现有水文资料为基础,综合布谷孜河水资源开发利用、生态情况、河道来水及径流量年内年际变化特征状况,将布谷孜河分为阿湖水库以上段、阿湖水库至高速公路段、高速公路至托卡依水库段和托卡依水库四段,对布谷孜河生态环境现状及问题进行讨论;进而采用水文学法中的Tennant法、Qp法、7Q10法和水利学法中的湿周法,对布谷孜河生态水位进行确定,研究结果可知:布谷孜河流域水资源开发利用程度高,在满足河道内生态基流条件下,各断面在丰水期和平枯水期生态流量对应的河流生态水位分别为,阿湖水库断面1 488.58 m、1 488.48 m,高速公路大桥断面1 295.04 m、1 295.00 m,托卡依水库出库断面1 184.51 m、1 184.32 m;布谷孜河各断面生态水位目标均采用生态水量控制,阿湖水库坝址断面、高速公路断面为常流水(不断流)河段;托卡依水库断面,全年下泄河道生态水量不低于0.1467亿m3,另分别在5月初和9月末集中通过水库调度人工造峰两次,以利于水量输送至下游。研究结果为今后布谷孜河主要水利工程确定下泄流量和河流生态水量管理监测提供技术支撑。
The high degree of exploitation of water resources in the Buguzi River basin,the long break in the flow of the river below the Ahu reservoir,and the deteriorating ecological environment of the river,this time,based on the existing hydrological data of the Buguzi River basin,the current status and problems of the ecological environment of the Buguzi River are discussed by synthesizing the water resources exploitation,ecological situation,river incoming water and inter-annual variation of runoff characteristics,and dividing the Buguzi River into four sections:the section above the Ahu Reservoir,the section from the Ahu Reservoir to the highway,the section from the highway to the Tokay Reservoir and the Tokay Reservoir;In turn,the Tennant method,the Qp method,the 7Q10 method of the hydrological method and the wet week method of the hydrological method were used to determine the ecological water level of the Buguzi River,and the results of the study reveal that:the high degree of exploitation of water resources in the Buguzi River basin,under the condition of meeting the ecological base flow in the river,the ecological water levels of the river corresponding to the ecological flow in the abundant and dry periods at each section are 1488.58 m and 1488.48m at the Ahu reservoir section,1295.04 m and 1295.00 m at the highway bridge section,1184.51 m and 1184.32 m at the Tokay reservoir outflow section,respectively.ecological water level targets for all sections of the Buguzi River are controlled by ecological water volume,with the Ahu reservoir dam site section and the highway section being normally flowing(non-flowing)sections of the river;the Tokay reservoir section,which releases no less than 14.67 million of ecological water from the river throughout the year,also concentrates on artificial peak creation through reservoir scheduling twice in early May and at the end of September respectively,in order to facilitate water delivery to the downstream.The results of the study will provide technical support for the future determination of the discharge flow and monitoring of the ecological water management of the river by the major water conservancy projects of the Buguzi River.
