摘要
为及时、有效测控特殊水情,保证流量资料精度,提高水文测报效率,黄雒闸水文站依据《河流流量测验规范》(GB 50179-2015),通过流量精简分析方式,选取资料进行误差偏离计算,确定简测法的具体方案,合理优化相关测验方案。经过对实测流量进行精简分析,用相对较少的垂线测速,计算出断面平均流速V平,并结合断面面积推算出相应流量值。分析得出结果 ,在抢测特殊水情时,只需施测起点距32 m、40 m和56 m三条垂线流速,再乘以系数K,可得出代表断面的平均流速V平代,再乘以相应的大断面面积,即可得出相应流量。
According to the"River Flow Measurement Specification"(GB 50179-2015),the Huangluozha Hydrological Station selects data for error deviation calculation through streamlined flow analysis,determines the specific scheme of the simple measurement method,and rationally optimizes the relevant test scheme.This enables timely and effective monitoring and control of special water regimes,ensures the accuracy of flow data,and improves the efficiency of hydrological forecasting.After a streamlined analysis of the measured flow,the average flow velocity Vaverage of the crosssection is calculated with relatively few vertical velocity measurements,and the corresponding flow value is calculated by combining the cross-sectional area.The result of the analysis is that when rushing to measure the special water regime,it is only necessary to measure the velocity of three vertical lines with a distance of 32 m,40 m and 56 m from the starting point,and then multiply it by the coefficient K to obtain the average velocity Vtypical of the representative section.Then multiply it by the corresponding large cross-sectional area to get the corresponding flow rate.
