综采工作面端头三角区垮落机理及控制技术 被引量:1

摘要 长春兴煤矿211工作面端头三角煤柱出现垮落、破碎,导致端头悬顶面积大、煤壁片帮严重以及顺槽顶板断裂下沉现象,分析了煤柱在围岩力学性质、煤层赋存、支护工艺等方面的垮落机理,提出了“注浆加固+深孔卸压+T型钢棚”联合控制技术。应用效果表明,采取联合控制技术后,后期回采中三角煤柱垮落现象得到了有效控制,取得了显著应用成效。 The collapse and breakage of the triangular coal pillar at the end of the 211 working face in Changchunxing Coal Mine led to the large overhanging area at the end,the serious coal wall caving and the fracture and subsidence of the roof along the trough.The collapse mechanism of the coal pillar in the mechanical properties of surrounding rock,coal seam occurrence,support technology and other aspects is analyzed,and the joint control technology of"grouting reinforcement+deep hole pressure relief+T-shaped steel shed"is proposed.The application results show that the phenomenon of the triangular coal pillar collapse in the later mining is effectively controlled after the joint control technology is adopted,and remarkable application results are achieved.
