摘要
目的:观察针对性护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2019年9月至2022年9月福建省莆田市仙游县德安医院精神科收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予针对性护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用简明精神症状评分量表比较2组患者的疾病程度差异,使用社会功能缺陷筛选量表比较2组患者的社会功能,使用阴性和阳性症状量表评估患者的症状,使用威斯康星卡片分类测验、中国版韦氏记忆测验、Benton线方向判断测验3种工具评估患者认知功能。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分、“阴性-阳性”症状评分、简明精神症状评分、社会功能缺陷评分显著低于对照组,观察组治疗的依从率、认知功能评分均显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预对精神分裂症患者的依从性、社会功能、认知功能、精神症状、精神状态、睡眠质量均有积极影响,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention on improving sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatric of Xianyou De′an Hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the envelope method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups.The difference in disease severity between 2 groups was compared with the brief Psychiatric Symptom Score Scale.The social function deficit screening scale was used to compare the social function between 2 groups.The negative and positive symptom scales were used to assess the patient′s symptoms,and the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test,the Chinese version of Wechsler Memory Test,and the Benton Line Direction Judgment Test were used to assess the patient′s cognitive function.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score,“negative-positive”symptom score,brief psychiatric symptom score,social function deficit score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the treatment compliance rate,cognitive function score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention has positive effects on the compliance,social function,cognitive function,mental symptoms,mental state and sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
