摘要
农村体育治理是助推乡村振兴战略全面实施的重要途径。采用文献资料法,阐述乡村振兴战略背景下农村体育治理的时代意蕴,分析农村体育治理的主要堵点,并据此提出建设性的建议。研究显示:农村体育治理的“堵点”为农村实际发展与乡村振兴战略目标脱轨,农村体育基础设施与环保意识不足,农村体育治理法治建设水平有待进步加强,农村体育治理路径与现实发展状况相矛盾。农村体育治理的建议:夯实党对农村体育治理的统一领导,构建科技支撑的农村体育治理方式,建立健全农村体育治理法治体系,抓住各类矛盾实现农村体育治理现代化。
Rural sports management is an important way to boost the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.By using the method of literature,this paper expounds the time implication of rural sports governance under the background of rural revitalization strategy,analyzes the main blocking points of rural sports governance,and puts forward constructive suggestions accordingly.The result shows that the“blocking point”of rural sports governance is the derailment of the actual development of rural areas and the strategic goal of rural revitalization,the lack of rural sports infrastructure and environmental protection awareness,the legal construction level of rural sports governance needs to be improved and strengthened,and the path of rural sports governance is contradictory to the reality of development.And it proposes some suggestions on rural sports governance:consolidate the unified leadership of the Party on rural sports governance,construct the mode of rural sports governance supported by science and technology,establish and perfect the legal system of rural sports governance,seize all kinds of contradictions to realize the modernization of rural sports governance.
