热解条件对废旧电路板微波热解特性影响 被引量:2

Influence of pyrolysis conditions on the microwave pyrolysis characteristics of waste circuit boards

摘要 使用微波箱式炉对废旧印刷电视电路板进行微波热解,研究微波热解温度、氮气流速对气、液、固三相热解产物的影响。结果表明,热解温度和氮气流速对微波热解气、液、固相产率影响较大,当温度为400~700℃时,热解液体产率随温度的升高而增加,之后趋于平缓;热解气体产率随温度的升高呈先增加后减小的趋势;热解渣产率随着温度的升高而减小。热解液体产率与氮气流速成正比,热解固体、气体则相反。热解温度和氮气流速对微波热解气体产物成分影响不大,当热解温度为400~700℃时,热解液体的主要成分有C_(6)H_(6)O、C_(7)H_(8)O、C_(9)H_(12)O,当氮气流速为0.3 L/min时,其总量最大,为83.88%。随着温度的升高,固体产物中Br含量逐渐降低,Cu含量逐渐升高,Sn、Ag变化不大。当氮气流速为0.1~0.3 L/min时,固体产物中的Cu、Sn含量略有增加,Ag含量先增加后降低,Br含量由6.343 9%降至4.021 4%。 The waste printed circuit boards from television were pyrolyzed using a microwave oven,and the thermogravimetric behavior and pyrolysis of television circuit boards were investigated in a nitrogen atmosphere.Moreover,the effects of microwave pyrolysis temperature and nitrogen flow rate on gas,liquid and solid three-phase pyrolysis products were analyzed.The results showed that the pyrolysis temperature and nitrogen flow rate had a significant effect on the productivity of gas,liquid and solid phases.When the temperature was 400℃to 700℃,the production of pyrolytic liquid increased with the increase in temperature and then became flat.The production of pyrolytic gas initially increased with the increase in temperature and then decreased when the temperature continued to rise.However,the production of pyrolysis slag decreased with the increase in temperature.With the increasing nitrogen velocity,the pyrolytic liquid production increased,while that of pyrolytic solid and gas decreased.Pyrolysis temperature and nitrogen flow rate have little effect on the composition of gas products during microwave pyrolysis.When the pyrolysis temperature was 400℃to 700℃,the main components of pyrolytic liquid were C_6H_6O,C_7H_8O and C_9H_(12)O.When the flow rate of nitrogen was 0.3 L/min,the total amount was the highest (83.88%).With the increase of temperature,the content of Br in solid products gradually decreased,the content of Cu gradually increased,and the content of Sn and Ag was almost unchanged.When the nitrogen flow rate increased from 0.1 L/min to0.3 L/min,the Cu and Sn contents in solid products increased slightly,the Ag contents increased and then gradually decreased,and the Br contents decreased from 6.343 9%to 4.021 4%.
