摘要
目的:探讨关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用综合护理的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年3月在贵州航天医院接受关节镜手术治疗的75例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组疼痛程度、膝关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果:术后4、12、24、48 h,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预前,两组膝关节Lysholm量表、膝关节功能评估量表(HSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组膝关节Lysholm量表、HSS评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:膝关节骨性关节炎患者经关节镜治疗后给予综合护理,能够减轻术后疼痛,改善膝关节功能,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy.Methods:A total of 75 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received arthroscopic surgery treatment in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from August 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random ball-touching method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain degree,knee joint function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:At 4,12,24 and 48 h after surgery,the visual analogue scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of knee joint Lysholm scale and knee joint function assessment scale(HSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the knee joint Lysholm scale and HSS scores in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy can relieve postoperative pain,improve knee joint function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
