人工智能头颈部CT 血管造影在脑血管疾病中的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探讨人工智能头颈部CT血管造影(CTA)在脑血管疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月疑似脑血管疾病患者90例为观察对象,患者均行人工智能头颈部CTA检查,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查为诊断金标准,分析人工智能头颈部CTA对脑血管疾病诊断价值。结果:人工智能头颈部CTA与DSA检查诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);人工智能头颈部CTA与DSA检查血管狭窄情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);90例疑似脑血管疾病患者中,通过DSA检查出脑血管疾病患者87例,经过人工智能头颈部CTA检查出脑血管疾病患者86例,人工智能头颈部CTA检查诊断灵敏度为98.85%,特异度为100%,准确度为98.89%,Kappa值为0.851,一致性高。结论:人工智能头颈部CTA检查脑血管疾病准确度高,可对不同疾病类型准确辨别,可准确反映血管狭窄病变情况,诊断效能高。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of artificial intelligence head and neck CT angiography(CTA)in cerebrovas⁃cular diseases.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2022,ninety patients with suspected cerebrovascular diseases selected as observation objects.All patients underwent artificial intelligence head and neck CTA examination,and digital subtraction angi⁃ography(DSA)was used as the diagnostic gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of artificial intelligence head and neck CTA for cerebrovascular diseases.Results:There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between artificial intelligence head and neck CTA and DSA(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between artificial intelligence head and neck CTA and DSA for vascular stenosis(P>0.05).Among the 90 patients with suspected cerebrovascular disease,87 cases were detected by DSA,and 86 cases were detected by artificial intelligence head and neck CTA.The diagnostic sensitivity of artificial intelligence head and neck CTA examination was 98.85%,the specificity was 100%,the accuracy was 98.89%,and the Kappa value was 0.851,showing high consistency.Conclusion:Artificial intelligence head and neck CTA has high accuracy in checking cerebrovascular diseases,can accurately distinguish different disease types,can accurately reflect vascular stenosis,and has high diagnostic efficiency.
