基于CFX的液力变矩器流场分析与试验研究

摘要 根据流体力学基本原理分析了液力变矩器内流场基本运动状态,建立了理论分析的微分方程组。在Ansys中分析了各工作叶轮流道进出口压力状态及速度变化。进行了稳态特性试验,对比了不同速比下的变矩比、容量系数、效率。结果表明:当速比低于0.7时,仿真结果与试验结果基本相同;当速比大于0.7时,仿真结果与试验结果误差能够保持在7%以内,能够有效反映液力变矩器流道内流场特性,为其结构设计提供有效参考。 According to the basic principles of fluid mechanics,the basic motion state of the flow field in the torque converter is analyzed,and the differential equations for theoretical analysis are established.In Ansys,the pressure state and speed change of the inlet and outlet of each working impeller runner are analyzed.The steady-state characteristic tests were carried out to compare the torque ratio,capacity coefficient and efficiency under different speed ratios.The results show that:When the speed ratio is less than 0.7,the torque coefficient,capacity,torque converter efficiency of simulation results with the test result has high consistency,when ratio is greater than 0.7,the simulation results with the test result error can maintain at 7%,it can be seen that the simulation can effectively reflect the flow field characteristics in the torque converter and provide an effective reference for its structural design.
