摘要
盾构施工具有施工快、造价低、对周边环境影响小、自动化程度高等特点,在城市轨道交通工程施工中发挥着重要作用。文章对盾构机在软土地层下施工遇到的常见问题进行分析,包括隧道渗漏水、管片错台破裂、盾构机下沉或抬头、盾尾密封漏浆、地表沉降、端头加固效果不佳、反力架变形和始发托架位移、盾构停机及泥饼病害,针对上述问题提出相应的解决措施,以此为后续生产施工提供指导。
Shield construction has the characteristics of fast construction,low cost,small impact on the surrounding environment and high degree of automation.It plays an important role in the construction of urban rail transit projects.This paper analyzes the common problems encountered by shield machine during the construction in soft soil strata,including tunnel leakage,segment dislocation and rupture,shield machine sinking or lifting,shield tail sealing leakage,ground settlement,poor end reinforcement effect,reaction frame deformation and launching bracket displacement,shield shutdown and mud cake diseases.In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions are put forward to provide guidance for the subsequent production and construction.
