摘要
随着国土空间规划体系的建立,宏观层面的总体城市设计面临着制度重构和技术创新的发展机遇。文章在回顾总体城市设计与城市总体规划伴生发展历程的基础上,对国土空间规划背景下的总体城市设计进行了再认知,提出了国土空间规划背景下“融入式”总体城市设计的设想和架构,并结合张家口经开区总体城市设计与国土空间规划同步编制的工作实践,总结了“融入式”总体城市设计在提供技术支撑与引导规划实施方面的重要作用,探讨了规划设计管理创新机制。
Overall urban design faces institutional restructuring and technical innovation in the territorial space planning system.With a review of the mutual promotion between overall urban design and urban master planning,the paper puts forwards the conception of integrated overall urban design based on the re-understanding of overall urban design in the territorial space planning system.With the compilation of Zhangjiakou economic development zone overall urban design and territorial space planning as an example,the paper concludes the importance of integrated overall urban design in technical support and guidance for planning implementation,and discusses the innovation of planning management.
