摘要
创新干部人事档案管理模式是深化干部人事体制改革的重要组成,关系干部队伍治理体系和治理能力现代化水平的提升。该文论述了干部人事档案与管理,探讨了干部人事档案管理效率提升的意义与作用,分析了我国传统干部人事档案管理的局限性,研究了干部人事档案管理模式创新实现的保障,提出了新形势下建立干部人事档案管理模式的策略。
The innovation of the cadres' personnel file management mode is an important part of deepening the reform of the cadres' personnel system,which is related to the improvement of the modernization level of the governance system and governance ability of contingents of cadres.This paper discusses cadres' personnel files and management,discusses the significance and role of improving the efficiency of cadres' personnel file management,analyzes the limitations of traditional cadres' personnel file management in China,studies the guarantee of the innovation and realization of the cadres' personnel archives management mode,and puts forward the strategy to establish the cadres' personnel archives management mode under the new situation.
