Research on Application of AR Technology Based on Prefabricated Construction of Substation

摘要 为了适应装配式变电站建造要求,提出将增强现实技术(AR)应用于变电站装配式施工。通过对AR技术在变电站装配式施工过程中应用场景的分析,得出AR技术可以在变电站施工可视化培训、远程协作技术、三维图像识别、装配特征信息感知、AR技术变电站施工方案模拟、标准化施工管理流程建立等施工全过程阶段发挥作用。通过在施工过程中应用AR技术,可以极大地提升施工质量、便捷施工验收、提升施工管理水平、降低安全生产风险。 To meet the requirements of prefabricated substation construction,the augmented reality(AR)technology is proposed to be applied to prefabricated substation construction.Through the analysis of the application scenario of AR technology in the prefabricated construction process of the substation,it is concluded that AR technology can play a role in the whole construction process stage of the substation construction visualization training,remote cooperation technology,3D image recognition,prefabrication feature information perception,AR technology-based substation construction scheme simulation,standardized construction management process establishment and so on.The application of AR technology in the construction process can greatly improve the construction quality,facilitate the construction acceptance,improve the construction management level and reduce the risk of safe production.
