摘要
上海张江科学会堂项目的WT-F幕墙系统采用由形状各异的三角形以不同角度组成的双曲面网格框架结构体系,针对其安装高度高、双向跨度大、交会节点多、杆件之间夹角不同的难点,结合施工现场的安装条件,阐述了三维坐标放样、划分单元板块工厂分片加工、使用胎架支撑体系降低现场大量焊接施工带来的误差等技术手段,提高了双曲面网格框架结构安装的精准度,为未来类似工程的实施提供参考依据。
The WT-F curtain wall system of Shanghai Zhangjiang Science Hall project adopts a hyperboloid grid frame structure system composed of triangles with different shapes and different angles.In view of the difficulties of its high installation height,large two-way span,multiple intersection nodes,and different angles among members,combined with the installation conditions of the construction site,the 3D coordinate lofting,division of unit plates,slice processing by dividing the unit plate in factory,using the jig support system to reduce the error caused by a large number of welding construction on site.It improves the accuracy of the installation of hyperboloid grid frame structure and provides a reference basis for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
