摘要
针对近年来建筑产业飞速发展建设过程导致的环境恶化与生态破坏的现象,我国提出了绿色建筑的建筑施工要求,与我国整体经济的可持续发展战略目标一致。为了在高层建筑施工的全过程,最大程度地节能降耗,本文探索研究了低碳目标下高层建筑施工管理方案,分析绿色建筑与低碳环保目标高层建筑施工监测管理的必要性,对现阶段我国高层建筑施工管理策略的优化与创新,提出了以下建议:利用先进技术,建立低碳目标下高层建筑的绿色施工管理体系;大力开发与引进新兴“绿色”科学技术;完善低碳高层建筑施工的法律法规;提高绿色施工管理人员的专业素质;健全低碳绿色高层建筑施工管理的激励机制,以此来推动高层建筑产业的低碳、绿色深化转型与改革,提高经济效益与生态效益。
In view of the environmental deterioration and ecological damage caused by the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years,China has proposed the building construction requirements for Green Buildings,which is consistent with the strategic goal of sustainable devel-opment of China’s overall economy.In order to maximize energy conservation and consumption reduction in the whole process of high-rise building construction,this paper explores the construction management scheme of high-rise buildings in context of the low-carbon goals,analyzes the neces-sity of supervision and management of Green Buildings and low-carbon environmental protection target of high-rise building construction,and puts forward the following suggestions for the optimization and innovation of high-rise building construction management strategy at current stage:using advanced technology to establish a green construction management system for high-rise buildings under the low carbon target,vigorously developing and introducing new“green”science and technology,improving the laws and regulations of low-carbon high-rise building construction,upgrading the professional quality of green construction management personnel,enhancing the incentive mechanism of low-carbon and green high-rise building construction management,so as to promote the low-carbon and green deepening transformation and reform of high-rise building industry,and im-prove economic and ecological benefits.
