摘要
目的研究血管内低温(IVHT)对高血压脑出血(HCH)手术患者神经功能、运动功能及心理状态的影响。方法选择2020年7月至2022年6月于我院行手术治疗的HCH患者90例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为IVHT组(n=45)与对照组(n=45),对照组行常规亚低温干预,IVHT组行IVHT。观察两组患者术前、复温30 d后神经功能、运动功能、心理状态,并发症等指标。结果复温30 d后,IVHT组NIHSS评分、Rankin评分均低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer评分、BBS评分均高于对照组,SCL-90各分项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);IVHT组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IVHT可改善HCH手术患者神经功能、运动功能及心理状态,且并发症发生率低,安全性高,可推荐于临床。
Objective To investigate the effects of intravascular hypothermia(IVHT)on neurological function,motor function and psychology of operative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods Ninety patients with HCH who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into an IVHT group and a control group according to random number table method,45 in each group.The control group received routine mild hypothermia intervention and the IVHT group received IVHT.Neurological function,motor function and mental state as well as complications were observed in the two groups before operation and after 30 days of rewarming.Results After 30 days of rewarming,NIHSS score and Rankin score were lower,Fugl-Meyer score and BBS score were higher and SCL-90 scores were lower in the IVHT group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the IVHT group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IVHT can improve the neurological function,motor function and mental state of patients with HCH operation.The treatment has low incidence of complications and high safety.Therefore,it can be recommended for clinical use.
