Evaluation of ecological environment quality of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration

摘要 城市生态环境质量评价是城市可持续发展规划的基础,科学认识城市生态环境现状及其变化趋势,有利于推进城市生态文明建设。以武汉城市群为例,基于DPSIR(Driving Forces–Pressures–State–Impact–Responses,驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应)模型构建城市生态环境质量状况评价体系,分析2010,2015,2020年生态环境质量状况。研究结果表明:①从2010年到2020年,武汉城市群生态环境质量状况指数呈上升趋势,表征等级由一般、良转变为良、优。其中,咸宁市的生态环境质量状况指数最高,武汉市的生态环境质量状况指数最低。②武汉城市群生态环境质量状况指数的变化主要归因于城镇化、污染治理、生态保护、资源节约等方面。研究基于武汉城市群生态环境质量状况指数的变化给出保护建议,可为武汉城市群可持续发展提供管理决策依据,为相应区域的生态环境质量评价提供参考。 Evaluation of urban ecological environment quality is the basis of urban sustainable development planning.Scientific understanding of the current situation and changing trend of urban ecological environment is conducive to promoting the construction of urban ecological civilization.Taking the Wuhan urban agglomeration as an example,based on the DPSIR(Driving Forces-Pressures-State-Impact-Responses)model,an evaluation system of urban ecological environment quality was constructed,and the ecological environment quality in 2010,2015 and 2020 were analyzed.The research results showed that:①From 2010 to 2020,the ecological environment quality index of Wuhan urban agglomeration showed an upward trend,and the characterization level changed from general and good to good and excellent.Xianning showed the highest ecological environment quality index,and Wuhan showed the lowest ecological environment quality index.②Changes in the eco-environmental quality index of Wuhan urban agglomeration were mainly attributed to urbanization,pollution control,ecological protection,and resource conservation.Based on the changes of the ecological environment quality status index of Wuhan urban agglomeration,this paper gave the protection suggestions and a basis for management decision-making for the sustainable development of Wuhan urban agglomeration,and provided a reference for the evaluation of ecological environment quality in the corresponding regions.
