摘要
                
                    选用高效、热稳定良好的有机类抗菌剂(KJ-1)与纤维级聚丙烯(PP)粉料混炼挤出,制备非织造布用抗菌PP树脂及抗菌PP纤维,研究了抗菌剂及其添加量对PP抗菌性能、力学性能及加工性能的影响,并对非织造布用抗菌PP纤维的抗菌性能和力学性能进行表征。结果表明:抗菌剂KJ-1分解温度为260℃,可满足与PP混炼挤出加工要求;添加KJ-1质量分数为0.02%时,抗菌PP树脂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均大于99%,灰分质量分数为0.019%,230℃时其加工性能与纯PP树脂非常接近;添加KJ-1质量分数0.02%制备2.22 dtex×40 mm非织造布用抗菌PP纤维,纺丝过程中工艺参数波动较小,喷丝板使用时间为22.8 h,纤维断裂强度为1.9 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为325.4%,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均大于99%,抗菌长效性达250 d以上。
                
                Antibacterial polypropylene(PP)resin and antibacterial PP fiber for nonwovens were prepared by mixing and extruding fiber-grade PP powder with high-efficiency and good-thermal stability organic antibacterial agent(KJ-1).The effects of antibacterial agent and its addition amount on the antibacterial properties,mechanical properties and processing properties of PP were studied.The results showed that the decomposition temperature of antibacterial agent KJ-1 was 260℃,which could meet the requirements of PP mixing extrusion processing;the antibacterial rate of antibacterial PP resin was above 99%against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,the ash content was 0.019%by mass fraction,and the processing performance was very close to that of pure PP resin at 230℃when the mass fraction of KJ-1 was 0.02%;and the antibacterial PP fiber of 2.22 dtex×40 mm for nonwovens was prepared by adding 0.02%KJ-1 by mass fraction,the process parameters fluctuated little during the spinning process,and the service time of the spinneret was 22.8 h,the breaking strength of the fiber 1.9 cN/dtex,the elongation at break 325.4%,the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus above 99%,and the long-term antibacterial effect above 250 d.
