摘要
文章基于2018年中国健康与养老追踪数据(CHARLS),构建了农村随迁老人城市适应指标体系,考察了社区活动对农村随迁老人城市适应的影响效应及影响机制。研究发现:①参加社区活动显著提高了农村随迁老人的城市适应。②参加社区活动有助于农村随迁老人减少负面情绪、提高城市生活能力进而提升其城市适应。③对于自身城市适应水平高的农村随迁老人,社区活动有利于其快速提升其城市适应水平,对于城市适应水平低的农村随迁老人,社区活动的提升作用也相对较弱。为此,文章提出政府应充分发挥社区的能动作用,加大对社区的支持与引导,以“社区为中心”组织协调资源、增强社区活动的靶向性,差异化开展社区活动,推进农村随迁老人的城市适应。
Based on the data of 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),this paper constructs an urban adaptation index system for the rural aged accompanying the migration and examines the impact effects of community activities on their urban adaptation and the impact mechanism.It has the following conclusions:①The participation in community activities can significantly improve their urban adaptation.②Participation in community activities helps them reduce negative emotions,improve their urban living ability and thus enhance their urban adaptation.③For those with a high level of urban adaptation,community activities can help them improve their urban adaptation level quickly,while for those with a low level of urban adaptation,the improvement effect of community activities is relatively weak.Therefore,the paper suggests that the government should give full play to the dynamic role of the community,provide more support and guidance to the community,organize and coordinate resources in a“community-centered”manner,enhance the targeted community activities,and carry out community activities in a differentiated manner to promote their urban adaptation.
