摘要
中小学校园欺凌是当前较为严重的校园问题,寻求校园欺凌的破解之道是学校以及教师的重要职责。基于黑羊效应的视角,发现群体高压下的中小学校园欺凌是黑羊效应的实际体现。从分析中小学生群体高压的原因以及危害入手,审视黑羊效应下中小学校园欺凌事件中学生的角色适配以及相应的形成机理,进而提出应对策略:在校园欺凌之前,有效预防黑羊效应的发生;在校园欺凌之时,积极应对黑羊效应的进行;在校园欺凌之后,有效减轻黑羊效应的危害。
Bullying in primary and secondary schools is a serious campus problem at present.It is one of the important tasks for schools and teachers to seek ways to crack bullying in schools.Based on the perspective of black sheep effect,after careful consideration,it was found that bullying in primary and secondary schools under group pressure is a practical manifestation of the black sheep effect,so from the analysis of reason and harm of primary and middle school students group pressure,the paper examines role adaptation of students as well as the corresponding formation mechanism in primary and secondary school bullying under the effect of the black sheep and constructs relevant coping strategies,including preventing the black sheep effect before school bullying,actively responding to the black sheep effect in school bullying and reducing the harm of the black sheep effect after school bullying.
