摘要
返乡农民工是乡村振兴的重要人才力量,推进农民工返乡创业是促进乡村人才振兴的重要举措,是实现共同富裕的必经之路。为研究乡村振兴背景下农民工返乡创业的情况,对新疆维阿克苏地区2个县级市和7个县,325户农民工返乡创业典型案例进行实地问卷调研与走访,发现农民工返乡创业过程中主要存在返乡农名工综合素质较低、创业信息获取难、创业资金不足和创业政策力度不够等问题,提出强化返乡创业农民工的综合素质和竞争力、优化创业信息渠道、拓宽创业融资渠道、建立健全农民工返乡创业政策体系等解决措施。
Returned migrant workers are an important talent force for rural revitalization.Promoting migrant workers'return to their hometown and entrepreneurship is an important measure to promote rural talent revitalization,and is the only way to achieve common prosperity.In order to study the situation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in the context of rural revitalization,a field questionnaire survey and interview were conducted on 325 typical cases of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in two county-level cities,seven counties and 325 households in Xinjiang Uygur Aksu region.It was analyzed that the difficulties in the process of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses in the context of rural revitalization were mainly the low comprehensive quality of migrant workers,the difficulty in obtaining entrepreneurial information There are four aspects:insufficient venture capital and insufficient entrepreneurship policy strength.It also proposes countermeasures to improve the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of migrant workers returning to their hometown to start businesses,optimize the entrepreneurship information channels,broaden the entrepreneurship financing channels,establish and improve the policy system for migrant workers returning to their hometown to start businesses.It summarizes the experience of migrant workers returning to their hometown to play their local resources to start businesses,and strengthen social capital construction with the help of our media advantages.
