摘要
目的:探讨中医定向透药疗法协同针灸对脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年6月—2021年6月北京市昌平区龙泽园社区卫生服务中心收治的120例脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规药物及针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医定向透药疗法治疗。比较两组上下肢Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、日常生活活动能力、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组上下肢FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上下肢FMA评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.732);治疗后,两组MBI评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:中医定向透药疗法协同针灸可有效治疗脑卒中患者的肢体功能障碍,促进患者的病情改善。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy combined with acupuncture on limb dysfunction of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 120 stroke patients with limb dysfunction admitted to Changping District Longzeyuan Community Health Service Center in Beijing from June 2015 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and acupuncture.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on the basis of control group.Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of upper and lower extremities,activities of daily living and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FMA scores of upper and lower extremities between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower extremities in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in modified Barthel index(MBI)score between the two groups(P=0.732).After treatment,the MBI score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.026).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy combined with acupuncture can effectively treat the limb dysfunction of stroke patients and promote the improvement of patients'condition.
