摘要
目的:构建以护士为核心的乳腺癌术后患者居家期间伤口置管“O2O+联合共管”照护模式,为该人群实施全方位的居家照护提供参考依据。方法 :运用文献分析法与德尔菲专家函询法构建以护士为核心的,多学科协作的,患者、家属照顾者和志愿者共同参与的,融合多种媒介方式助力的乳腺癌伤口置管患者“O2O+联合共管”模式。结果 :两轮函询专家的权威系数均达到0.8及以上,最终确定的照护模式共包含4个一级指标(核心环节、照护内容、实施路径及角色功能)、17个二级指标、56个三级指标。结论 :构建的以护士为核心的“O2O+联合共管”乳腺癌术后患者居家期间伤口置管的照护模式具有科学性、实用性及可行性,可完善乳腺癌患者全方位、全周期治疗。
Objective:To construct a co-management care model from Online to Offline(O2O care model)for breast cancer patients at home receiving wound catheter with nurses as the core,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of comprehensive home care for this population.Methods:Literature analysis and Delphi expert letter consultation were used to construct the O2O care model for breast cancer patients with wound catheter,which was nurse-centered,multidisciplinary collaboration,involving patients,family caregivers,volunteers,and various media.Results:The authority coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation reached 0.8 and above.The final care model included 4 first-level items(core links,care services,implementation pathways and role functions),17 second-level items and 56 third-level items.Conclusion:It is scientific,practical and feasible to construct the O2O care model with nurses as the core of the home care team for postoperative breast cancer patients with wound catheter,which can improve the comprehensive and full-cycle treatment of breast cancer patients.
