摘要
针对常规酸液体系无法对海上油田注水井进行有效解堵,而有机解堵+常规酸液解堵虽可以解除污染堵塞,但作业成本较高,推广应用受限的问题,研制了一种新型酸化用水基清洗剂,可快速分散、清洗油泥/油砂,洗油效率可达80%以上,可有效解除油泥堵塞;同时通过改变地层润湿性,减少贾敏效应,降低了作业后注水压力,与常规酸液体系复合使用,可快速解决注入水水质不达标引起的污染堵塞问题,实现作业一体化,降低施工成本。该技术目前已在海上油田应用十几井次,累计增加注水量近1×10^(5)m^(3),取得了良好的现场应用效果。
In view of the problems that conventional acid solution system can not effectively remove the plugging of injection wells in offshore oilfields,while organic plugging+conventional acid solution can remove the pollution plugging,but the operation cost is high,and the application is limited,a novel water-based cleaning agent for acidification is developed,which can quickly disperse and clean the oil sludge/oil sand,and the oil washing efficiency can reach more than 80%,which can effectively remove the oil sludge plugging.At the same time,the Jamin effect and the injection pressure after operation reduced by changing the formation wettability.Combined with conventional acid solution system,the water-based cleaning agent can quickly solve the problem of pollution plugging caused by ineligible injection water quality,realize the integration of operations,and reduce the construction cost.At present,this technology has been applied in more than a dozen wells in offshore oilfields with a cumulative increase of water injection of nearly 1×10^(5)m^(3),and good field application effect can be achieved.
