摘要
建筑工程是我国的重点工程,在实际生活中,一旦建筑工程施工出现问题,就会影响到建筑工程的整体质量和后期建筑居住者的使用安全,故本文对建筑工程管理过程进行分析,然后结合问题提出了改善建筑工程管理过程的相关措施,对于确保工程质量,节约施工成本有着重要价值,期望为同行有所借鉴。
Construction engineering is China’s key project,in real life,once the construction problem of the construction engineering occurs,it will affect the overall quality of the construction engineering and the building occupants use safety at subsequent stage,so this paper analyzes the construction engineering management process,and then combines the problems to propose related measures for improving the construction engineering management process,which has important value for ensuring the quality of the project and saving construction costs,and is expected to be a reference for peers.
