摘要
目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中胞裂蛋白2(SEPT2)、含CKLF样MARVEL跨膜结构域的蛋白6(CMTM6)表达变化及其与化疗敏感性的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月该院收治的117例LSCC患者作为研究对象。比较LSCC组织和对应癌旁组织中SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA表达情况,并分析LSCC组织中SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA表达与临床病理特征的关系。绘制生存曲线分析不同SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA表达LSCC患者客观缓解率和生存情况。结果LSCC组织中SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA表达高于对应癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期和淋巴结转移LSCC患者SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA高表达组的客观缓解率低于SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA低表达组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存曲线分析显示,SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA高表达组总生存率低于SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA低表达组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LSCC患者SEPT2 mRNA、CMTM6 mRNA呈高表达,其表达情况与LSCC TNM分期、淋巴结转移、化疗敏感性和预后有关。
Objective To investigate the expression changes of septin 2(SEPT2)and CKLF like MARVEL transmembrane domain containing 6(CMTM6)in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)tissues and their relationship with chemotherapy sensitivity.Methods A total of 117 patients with LSCC admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The expressions of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA in LSCC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were compared,and the relationship between the expressions of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA in LSCC tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Survival curves were drawn to analyze the objective remission rate and survival of LSCC patients with different SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA expressions.Results The expression levels of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA were significantly higher in LSCC tissues than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expressions levels of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA in LSCC patients with different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant(P<0.05).The objective remission rate of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA high expression group were significantly lower than that of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA low expression group(P<0.05).Survival curve analysis showed that the overall survival rate of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA high expression group were significantly lower than those of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA low expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of SEPT2 mRNA and CMTM6 mRNA in LSCC tissues are associated with LSCC TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,chemotherapy sensitivity and prognosis.
