摘要
以福建省洋口国有林场的杉木人工林为研究对象,采取以目标树为架构的全林经营模式,分析900、1200、1500、2100、2505株·hm^(-2)5种林分密度的杉木人工林样地中不同土层土壤的理化性质和酶活性.结果表明:各密度处理下的土壤质量含水量、最大持水量、最小持水量、毛管持水量均随着土层深度的加大呈现减少的趋势;土壤容重与土层深度呈现正相关;pH保持在一个稳定的水平,林分密度的改变对其影响不显著.土壤的全铝和全铁质量分数随着土层深度的加大而增多,全铝质量分数在不同密度处理之间的差异显著,而全钾和全铁质量分数在不同密度处理之间的差异不显著;土壤的铵态氮、微生物生物量氮、微生物生物量碳质量分数均随着土层深度的加大而减少,但其在不同密度处理之间以及不同土层之间的差异不显著;土壤的脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶活性均随着土层深度的加大而降低,且其在不同密度处理之间的差异较大.可见,林分密度对杉木人工林土壤理化性质和酶活性都有不同程度的影响.
Chinese fir plantations,located in Fujian Yangkou State-owned Forest Farm,were managed under whole-forest management model with target tree as the framework.In the plantations,sample plots with different stand retention densities,including 900,1200,1500,2100 and 2505 plant·hm-2,were investigated on the physicochemical properties and enzyme activities of soils in different layers.The results showed that soil moisture content coefficients(soil mass moisture content,maximum capacity,minimum capacity,capillary capacity)of different sample plots showed a downward trend with the soil depths;soil bulk density was positively correlated with soil depth;while soil pH remained stable regardless of stand density.The total aluminum and total iron contents increased with the soil depths,the total aluminum were most significantly different between sample plots while total iron and total potassium contents were not.Soil ammonium nitrogen,microbial nitrogen and carbon decreased with soil depths but had no significant differences between different stand retention densities and soil depths.Soil urease,acid phosphatase and polyphenol oxidase activities also decreased with soil depths,and their levels varied significantly between different retention densities.In a conclusion,stand density has different degrees of influences on soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities of Chinese fir plantations.
