摘要
构式语法理论没有明确的操作方法来描写构式义“大于部分之和”的产生路径,认知语法的精细描写思路可以为其提供方法论工具。本文采用认知语法的新进展——基线/阐释模型,探析隐性否定构式“X什么X”的语义建构,解释该构式否定义的生成机制与功能动因。研究发现:1)该构式的语义生成机制是结构和系统层面一系列基线/阐释操作多重互动的结果。2)与显性否定构式相比,隐性否定构式的语义建构过程更复杂,二者在认知机制上的区别在于:显性否定构式是基于语境细节,经一次阐释得到的高层级概念结构;隐性否定构式则是以相应的否定概念为基线,经两次阐释得到的复杂概念结构。
There is no specific operational method in Construction Grammar to describe the compositional path of the constructional meaning that is“more than the summation of the constituents”,while the fine-grained descriptive orientation of Cognitive Grammar can be a supplementary tool of methodology for Construction Grammar.On the basis of Baseline/Elaboration Model,the new theoretical development of Cognitive Grammar,the meaning construction of the implicit negative construction“X shenme X”has been analyzed to explain the generative mechanism and the functional motivation of the construction’s negative meaning.This study discovers that 1)the meaning construction of“X shenme X”is the multi-interaction of a series of structural and systematic Baseline/Elaboration operations;2)compared with explicit negative construction,the meaning construction of implicit negative construction is more complicated due to the differences in cognitive mechanism.That is,explicit negative construction is the high-level structure that elaborates on the contextual detail for one time,while implicit negative construction is the complex conceptual structure that elaborates serially on corresponding negative conception.
