摘要
标准是经济活动和社会发展的技术支撑,是产业健康发展的基础。中国是世界上竹子标准数量最多、体系最完善的国家,标准数量占世界标准的90%以上。竹子标准不协调导致了在教学、科研、产业、检测等标准实施应用过程中容易出现概念混淆、执行尺度不同、无法执行等问题。文章分析了中国竹子国家标准和行业标准中存在的术语界定不清晰、检测方法不同、技术指标不一致等不协调现象,提出了提高竹子标准协调性的建议,以期为科学合理制修订竹子标准提供依据。
Standards provide the technical support for economic activities and social development,acting as the basis for the healthy development of industries.China boasts the largest number of bamboo standards,which accounts for more than 90%of the world total,and the most complete system for standards development.Non-harmonization of bamboo standards leads to problems such as confusion of concept,different scales of implementation and inability to implement in the implementation and application of standards concerning teaching,scientific research,industry,testing,etc.This paper reviews non-harmonization phenomena such as unclear definition of terminologies,different detection methods and inconsistent technical indicators,which are found in the national-and industry-level bamboo standards in China.Suggestions are put forward for improving the harmonization of bamboo standards,with the expectation to provide a basis for the scientific-based formulation and revision of bamboo standards.
