摘要
建立火试金重量法测定铅冰铜中金和银的方法。探讨了氧化铅用量、灰吹温度、第一次分金酸度、干扰元素对金和银测定结果的影响。金测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%~2.85%(n=6),样品加标回收率为98.4%~102.7%;银测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.89%~3.01%(n=6),样品加标准回收率为97.2%~103.4%。该方法具有受干扰元素影响小、测量范围广、测试时间短等优点,适合批量测定铅冰铜中的金和银。
A method for the determination of gold and silver in lead matte by fire test gold gravimetric method was established.The effects of the amount of lead oxide,ash blowing temperature,acidity of the first gold separation and interference elements on the determination of gold and silver were investigated.The relative standard deviation of gold determination by this method was 0.51%-2.85%(n=6),and the recovery of the sample was 98.4%-102.7%.The relative standard deviation of silver determination was 0.89%-3.01%(n=6),and the recovery of the sample was 97.2%-103.4%.This method has the advantages of little influence of interference elements,wide measuring range and short testing time,which is suitable for batch determination of gold and silver in lead matte.
