摘要
圈养獐(Hydropotes inermis)在日常饲养管理和疾病预防过程中易产生应激反应,造成额外的身体损伤,且獐的正常体温范围缺乏相关报道。2020年4月—2021年1月,对上海动物园11只成年獐开展了体温测量正强化行为训练,最终测得8只獐(3♂,5♀),共计310个体温数据。测得成年獐的体温为(39.0±0.5)℃,其中,雄獐体温为(39.0±0.3)℃,雌獐体温为(39.0±0.5)℃。雌獐体温夏季(7—8月)极显著高于秋冬季(11—12月)(p<0.01),具有明显的季节性变化。通过正强化行为训练降低了獐对人的警戒性,有利于对獐开展常规疾病的预防和救治。
Captive Chinese water deer(Hydropotes inermis)is prone to stress and addi⁃tional physical injuries during daily feeding management and disease prevention,and there is no relevant report on the normal body temperature range of Chinese water deer.In this study,from April 2020 to January 2021,Shanghai Zoo carried out positive rein⁃forcement training of body temperature measurement on 11 Chinese water deer.And eight adult Chinese water deer(3♂,5♀)were measured finally,with a total of 310 body tempera⁃ture data.The body temperature of adult Chinese water deer was(39.0±0.5)℃,the body temperature of male and female Chinese water deer was(39.0±0.3)℃and(39.0±0.5)℃respectively.The body temperature of female Chinese water deer in summer(July-August)was significantly higher than that in autumn and winter(November-December)(p<0.01),showing obvious seasonal change.The positive reinforcement behavior training reduces the vigilance of Chinese water deer to human,which is conducive to the routine disease pre⁃vention and treatment.
