摘要
我国是农业大国,随着机械化进程的深入,各种乘用车领域已经成熟应用的技术也为拖拉机所使用,许多拖拉机以期通过配备驱动防滑系统减少打滑,从而提高工作效率。针对拖拉机驱动防滑控制策略中目标滑转率确定及更新策略问题本文提出了以驱动轮轮胎纵向力作为参考依据的目标滑转率更新策略,并使用Carsim/Simulink对驱动轮纵向力滑模观测器和目标滑转率更新策略进行仿真得到驱动轮纵向力估计误差均值为0.012,误差绝对值最大值为0.027。同时,目标滑转率更新策略将目标滑转率确定在当前路面最适合的滑转率附近,为拖拉机牵引力控制算法提供了准确的依据。
China is a large agricultural country,tractor as a self-propelled power machinery to supply raction and driving force for many kinds of mobile agricultural machineries is developing all the time,many tractors are equipped with acceleration slip regulation to improve the efficiency of the tractor.In order to solve the problem of target slip rate renewal strategy in acceleration slip regulation,this paper presents a new method of target slip rate updating strategy based on longitudinal force of driving wheel,Carsim/Simulink is used to simulate the longitudinal force sliding-mode observer and target slip rate updating strategy.Simulation results show mean error of longitudinal force is 0.012,the absolute value of error is 0.027.Target slip rate updating strategy sets target slip rate near the optimal slip rate,it provides an accurate target slip rate for the acceleration slip regulation.
