摘要
党校对党建工作具有引领和指导、日常教育管理、推动红色文化资源宣传推广以及传承发展的作用。党校是高校学生党员发展过程中的重要阵地,对高校学生党员发展质量提供了保障,主要表现在党校伴随党员选拔、培养和发展工作的全过程;伴随党员教育管理工作的全过程;伴随学生党员个人成长的全过程。党校教学环节通过夯实基础,充分学习党的基本知识;正根溯源,始终保持端正的入党动机;志存高远,树立坚定的共产主义理想信念这3个层面严格把控学生党员发展质量。
Party schools have the role of leading and guiding party building work,daily education management,educating people,promoting the publicity and promotion of red cultural resources,and inheritance and development.Party schools are an important position in the development process of party members of college students,and provide a guarantee for the quality of the development of party members of college students,mainly manifested in:party schools accompany the whole process of Communist Party member selection,training and development;Accompany the whole process of Communist Party member education and management;Accompany the whole process of personal growth of student party members.The teaching process of the Party school which are through-laying a solid foundation and fully learning the basic knowledge of the Communist Party;Trace the roots and always maintain a correct motivation for joining the Communist Party;Aim high and establish firm communist ideals and beliefs at these three levels of education to strictly control the quality of student party member development.
