摘要
机电工程是高速公路建设的重要组成部分,有效的进度管理是高速公路机电工程项目按时完工、高速公路顺利通车的保障。本文以高速公路机电项目为研究对象,分析了高速公路机电工程施工进度控制现状和常见问题,提出了高速公路机电工程施工进度控制的改进措施,旨在为建设高速公路机电工程项目的进度管理提供参考借鉴。
Effective management of the progress of mechanical and electrical engineering is crucial to ensure timely completion and smooth opening of expressways.In the context of expressway construction,mechanical and electrical engineering plays a key role,and the proper management of progress is crucial in ensuring the success of the project.This paper aims to evaluate the current state of control over construction schedules involving expressway electromechanical projects,and the common issues associated with this,and provides recommendations to enhance the management of progress.Therefore,by analyzing the schedule management of expressway electromechanic al engineering projects,this paper aims to offer ideas that can aid in the construction o£these projects.
