摘要
通过调查青年医师循证医学的培训和应用情况,以专家医师为对照,探讨青年医师循证医学应用现状及影响因素。青年医师主动阅读文献和针对临床问题阅读文献的比例均低于专家医师,且青年医师对循证医学数据库的使用显著低于专家医师。影响文献阅读的主要因素是缺乏对各类数据库的了解。青年医师直接应用指南或评价后应用指南的比例略低于专家医师,主要影响因素是不确定能否独立正确应用。青年医师是否接受循证医学培训在文献阅读和应用的差异无显著性。青年医师的循证医学培训覆盖率低,培训质量有待提升,且要重视理念与实践相结合。
This study explored the current situation and influencing factors of the application of evidence-based medicine among young physicians by investigating the training and application of evidence-based medicine among young physicians and taking the training and application of evidence-based medicine among expert physicians as a comparison.The proportion of young physicians actively reading literature and reading literature for clinical problems was lower than that of expert physicians.The use of evidence-based medicine databases by young physicians was significantly lower than that of specialist physicians.The main factor affecting the literature reading of young physicians and expert physicians is the lack of understanding of various databases.The proportion of young physicians applying the guide directly or using literature to evaluate the guide after application is slightly lower than that of expert physicians.The main factor affecting the direct application of the guide is the uncertainty of independent and correct application.There was no significant difference in literature reading and application whether young physicians received evidence-based medicine training.The main problems in the current situation of evidencebased medicine for young physicians are the low coverage of training,the quality of training needs to be improved,and the combination of concept and practice should be emphasized.
