摘要
胍基乙酸是脊椎动物体内肌酸合成的唯一前体物,其具有改善机体精氨酸代谢、调节机体抗氧化机制、促进机体激素分泌和参与机体神经调节等生理功能。因其具有饲用安全、使用效果显著等特性,已被作为一种新型的营养型饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中广泛应用。文章综述了胍基乙酸的生物学功能及其在家禽生产上的应用效果,并从促进家禽的生长、提高肉品质、改善家禽的繁殖能力等方面进行阐述,旨为胍基乙酸在家禽生产中生进一步应用研究提供理论支撑和实践参考。
Guanidinoacetic acid is the only precursor of creatine synthesis in vertebrates,which has physiological functions such as improving arginine metabolism,regulating antioxidant mechanism,promoting hormone secretion and participating in neuroregulation.It has been widely used as a new nutritive feed additive in livestock and poultry production because of its safety and remarkable effect.In this paper,the biological functions of guanidinoacetic acid and its application effect in poultry production were reviewed,and the promotion of poultry growth,improvement of meat quality,improvement of poultry reproduction ability were described,so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the further application of guanidinoacetic acid in poultry production.
